  • All intellectual property in our website, design, and services remains owned by Forever Here or our licensors.

7. Liability

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forever Here’s liability for any breach of a consumer guarantee is limited, at our option, to:

  • re-supplying the services; or

  • refunding the subscription fee paid.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
