4. Accounts
You must create an account to access certain features
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
You are responsible for all activity under your account

You grant Forever Here a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and make your content available in accordance with your privacy settings and the operation of the platform

You have obtained consent from any individuals featured where required
Your content does not infringe any laws or third-party rights
We may remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law.
7. Memorials and legacy content
Forever Here is designed to preserve digital memorials and life stories.
Content may remain stored long-term to support this purpose
If a subscription ends, content may be limited or set to private, but is not automatically deleted
We do not guarantee permanent availability of the platform or content, but we take reasonable steps to maintain access over time
8. Third-party content and accuracy
We do not independently verify all user-generated content and are not responsible for its accuracy.
Users are solely responsible for the content they upload and share.
9. Intellectual property
All intellectual property in our website, platform, branding and design remains owned by Forever Here or our licensors.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute or exploit any part of our platform without permission.
10. Acceptable use
You must not use the platform to:
Upload unlawful, defamatory, offensive or misleading content
Infringe the rights of others
Interfere with the operation or security of the platform
11. Suspension and termination
